Villa Merlo Nero
The Villa has been carefully restored to its former grandeur and with its high coffered ceilings, wooden beams, parquet floors, travertine bathrooms, original tower and majestic Sandstone fireplaces offers rooms that are spacious and bright, with high quality refined furniture.
On the First Floor, seven bedrooms, six bathrooms of classical design, two stunning sizeable lounge/dining areas with fireplaces, a separate kitchen, a stunning balcony from where one can absorb the beautiful sounds of the garden, watch the squirrels dart around the trees and enjoy the original Italian maze garden and a beautiful terrace with dining area for sunny breakfast or beautiful sundowners. King size beds in most bedrooms. Five bedrooms have their own bathroom, three of which with luxury travertine finishes. Five bathrooms with walk-in shower, one with classical ceramic bath-tub.
On the bottom floor, a separated elegant Events area with its beautiful Lounges and hand decorated Chinese Room which can be rented on request for memorable dinners, anniversary celebrations, weddings, conferences, team building and fashion shows.
At garden level, a veranda overlooking the garden with dining area to enjoy breakfast and dinners and a country kitchen dedicated to private chefs/catering/cooking courses.
Villa Merlo Nero can accommodate 14 people. Every room is equipped with Air conditioning and furnished with traditional historical furniture and paintings, so as to keep the Tuscan feeling of the villa.

Villa Antica
Dating back to the 14th century, this property was the Country lodge and guest house for the Villa Merlo Nero. The vaulted ceilings, beautiful antique furniture, the big Sandstone fireplace, the renaissance paintings and the velvet blue antique high chairs in the dining-room take one back to a bygone era. The lodge can accommodate 11 people in five bedrooms.

La Limonaia
Dating back to the 14th century, this property was the Country lodge and guest house for the Villa Merlo Nero.
